The Clarkstown Soccer Club is celebrating our Golden Anniversary having served the Rockland Community for 50 years. Our Club, which is a 501(C) 3 not-for -profit, will continue to provide children and adults a venue for participating in both recreational and competitive soccer.
As part of our anniversary we are making some big changes to our Club’s Journal that will provide a better value to all of our advertisers and to our Club. Coming this fall we will be publishing a new Journal that will be bigger and more widely distributed than previous years. In the past we distributed our Journals to our own travel teams and the travel teams that participated in our annual invitational indoor soccer tournament. With this new Journal, we will continue to distribute it to our travel teams, but will also distribute the Journal to our large and local intramural program. That will result in the following:
1. The Journal will more accurately reflect all of our soccer programs including team photos of our Senior Program, our competitive Travel Program, and our very popular non-competitive Intramural Program.
2. Distribution of the Journal will grow from approximately 750 Journals to approximately 2500 Journals.
3. Distribution will be more targeted for our community with almost all 2000 Journals ending in the hands of families that live and shop in the area.
4. We expect that the Journal will grow in size from what have typically been 120 pages to approximately 200 pages.
All players will receive a copy of the Journal, which will be published and distributed in November at the end of our Intramural League.
We welcome both merchant ads and personal ads in the Journal. These funds from these ads allow our Club to continue our mission, which is to promote the growth and development of youth and adult soccer in our community.
